Jayden Wingard is a Career Coach, Youth Speaker, and Mentor committed to helping young people discover who they are, recognize their potential, and build a future beyond what they can see today. By creating authentic relationships, facilitating conversations, and providing real-life guidance, Jayden helps young people feel seen and heard. By focusing on identity, Jayden ensures that the youth know who they are and do not compromise their morals and values.

Equipping the next generation to value who they are, build confidence in their identity, and move forward with purpose.

  • Growing up I never thought I would speaking with confidence or even speaking in front of a crowd of people. I was a young kid who cared more about what people thought about me, once I found a community to uplift me and for me recognize that i add value to this world, my voice came to fruition
