Jayden Wingard is a 26-year-old motivational speaker, Career Coach, and entrepreneur with a mission to inspire, encourage, and empower the next generation. His passion is helping young people develop a renewed perspective on life, discover their identity, and recognize the value they bring to the world.

But before Jayden found his voice, he had to discover who he was.

His journey began in high school, during a season when he was still figuring out his identity, his confidence, and what he was capable of accomplishing.

Although Jayden was a basketball player with a likable personality, he struggled with something many young people face today: the fear of what others thought about him.

He remembers the moments of standing in front of his classmates, stumbling over his words, and allowing the opinions of others to determine how he viewed himself. Despite being surrounded by people, he often placed more value on how others perceived him than on how he saw himself.

But eventually, his perspective began to change.

Jayden came to understand that being different wasn’t something to hide. It was something to embrace. He realized that every person has a unique gift, purpose, and ability to make an impact.

As he began discovering his strengths, he recognized something that had always been a part of him: his desire to help people recognize their worth and understand the impact they can make in this world.

Fashion became another avenue of self-expression. Through developing his personal style, Jayden discovered how to communicate confidence, individuality, and identity without even saying a word. What started as expressing himself through clothing eventually helped him become more comfortable expressing himself through his voice.

Today, the same young man who once struggled to speak in front of a classroom now teaches Bible studies, equips students with leadership and career readiness skills, mentors young men, and helps others dress with confidence and purpose.

Through motivational speaking, Jayden shares messages centered on identity, self-worth, resilience, leadership, and the courage to dream beyond present circumstances.

Whether speaking to students, youth groups, churches, or young adults, his mission remains the same:
